Baby Bug Embroidery Plus offers the following Return Policies:
*All valid returns must be made within 10 business days of delivery.  Personalized items may not be returned unless there is a mistake on our part.

1) All unpersonalized items may be returned(shipping costs will not be refunded). 
2)  If we send you the wrong size or color specifically ordered then we will provide an exchange or full refund at no extra shipping cost.
3)  If a personalized order is incorrect, like a name or phrase, we will provide an exchange or full refund at no extra shipping cost.  *Typographical errors:  however you type in the name or phrase for embroidery, it will be embroidered that way and will not be considered incorrect.
